Within 24-48 hours of the consultation, you will receive a detailed styling proposal and quote outlining our recommendations, styling package, and associated costs.

3. Styling date confirmed

We will confirm and schedule your property styling installation date.

4. Professional property styling

Our team transforms your property with carefully selected furniture, artwork, décor, and accessories designed to showcase your home's best features and attract potential buyers.

5. Property listed & marketed

Your professionally styled property is ready for photography, showings, and open houses.

6. Styling removal scheduled

When you no longer need our rental’s, please notify us as soon as possible so we can arrange the next steps. A minimum of five (5) days' notice is required to schedule the removal of staging furnishings and accessories. This helps ensure timely coordination and availability.

7. Styling removal & project completion

Our team carefully removes all rental items, leaving the property ready for possession.
